Sky is a practitioner and facilitator of Ecosomatics (among other things!). They came to this work through chronic illness, ecological grief, and a longing to feel more alive and anchored amid ecological unravelling and unrelenting injustice.

Alongside their training in various somatics lineages and nature-based practices, Soil to Sky emerges from much more: years of lived experience in environmental health research, queer performance art, activist organizing, and devoted spiritual practice. They are a life-long student and value depth, rigour, and heart in the work they do.

Underneath all this, Sky holds the conviction that awakening ecological consciousness is an urgent call of the times……. and also a pathway to personal healing and collective liberation. If our bodies, like the Earth, carry the wounds of our time, then they also hold the wisdom of our evolutionary ancestors and the ability to create another story. for our troubled times.
